Derrick Rebuilt In Hockley Area
A second spudding in of Jordan Brothers No 1 Cochran near Hockley was scheduled for this week after the derrick was rebuilt following a wind collapse. The Cochran test sits in the J. Jordan survey about a mile and a half northwest of John Derring No 2 Warren, which produced around 200 barrels daily. A third test in the Hockley area was announced to be near Cochran and Warren.
