Sisti Hurls Three Hitter Against Fulshear
The Katy Gas Plant beat Fulshear 5 to 2 in a Tuesday night game. Sisti struck out 10 with three walks and three hits allowed while coining a four run first inning. Fulshear scored in the sixth and seventh but could not overcome the early deficit.

The Brookshire Methodist Church announces a Junior and Junior-O program with Wor ship led by Mrs. Fred Weisner. Primary Discovering the Lands of the Bible directed by Fay Cooper. Katy Methodist and Apostolic Churches join Baptist Church for a Friday parade marking the start of Vacation Church Schools. Registration at 8:45 with refreshments, then two weeks of classes on Monday Wednesday and Friday at 8:45 for ages four to junior high.
