Q Charter Night Set for Monday at Village Club

Foreman H C Colwell explains the heavier rail results from experiments to improve service. About 279 rails, 6,000 tie plates, and one pair of angle bars per mile. 6,696 rails total needed. New rail used on the line for the first time with curvature to reduce friction. Progress at about one mile per day.
