Arthur J Bucci died May 25 after a life in Brookfield where he ran a hard shoe repair shop on aid boulevard. Funeral services were at 9 o clock Saturday at St Barbara's on South Prairie with burial in Mt Carmel cemetery. Survived by his wife, daughters Angela and Louise, and Claudia Cafareli, along with several grandchildren.

School Letters Awarded At R B High Assembly

One hundred thirty letters were presented to athletes in wrestling basketball football track tennis and baseball at Riverside Brookfield High. The Krueger Memorial award went to Bob Hoffman for 1 year and will be engraved. The award honors sportsmanship and effort and was funded by Hert Krueger’s parents. Kiwanis-Zoo Day Set for June 12 at Brookfield Zoo

Brookfield Kiwanis Club will sponsor Kiwanis-Zoo Day on Thursday June 12 with an expected attendance of 1000. Reservations close June 4 per Stanley Land committee chairman.
