Norbert Jr and Elizabeth Rozek filed in Federal Court in Chicago a rent overcharge suit seeking up to three times damages for a four room brick cottage at 740 Bristol Avenue West Chester. They accuse owners Barclay F and Dorothy Kip of charging $65 monthly when the legal maximum was $42.50. The tenancy began June 1 1940 and a notice on April 22 to quit by June 1 1943 violated a 60 day rule. An injunction against eviction is requested.
