Ninety five years ago Simon Lusk and his bride settled near Turkey Run in Parke County, built a mill on Sugar Creek, and founded a settlement. The Narrows gorge hosts a brick hotel, vast trees, and dramatic rock formations shaped by centuries of water. Paths, canyons, and trails reveal deep chasms, mossy ledges, and a landscape that attracts explorers and visitors today.
