Demonstration Highlights Power Service Strain in Brook

Brook residents face planned uneven service as a demonstration exposes how half the time the town would lose power. The marshal enlisted Ian Biddle to replace the fuse and rig a temporary fix, amid ongoing cost concerns and delayed repairs.
