On Friday night April 25 the Brook High School juniors hosted the seniors at a banquet in the M. E. B. Charen. Tables formed a hollow square and were decorated with smilax and lilies of the valley and roses in class colors. The four course meal pleased all, and remarks included Ardith Davis’s welcome, John Eckstrom’s senior reply, Ruth Lyons’s senior history, and Gladys Lyons’s class prophecy using Shakespearean titles as toast topics. Afterward guests attended Kentland High School’s The Importance of Being Earnest at the Community Building. The event reinforced the teams strong tradition of a delightful affair.
