Mansfeld Engineering Company president A Mansfield says work starts soon on the Norway dam project at Monticello. A crew began timbering last week and a mile and a half of track from the Monon railroad will be laid to the site for material transport. About 250 workers are expected during construction, with a goal to finish and place the dam in operation by October. Temporary offices and bunkers are being erected at the dam site for company representatives.
