Bankers in Cache County Utah launch a farm accounting contest to enroll at least five farmers per bank. Participants are scored on farm and home records year summary and farm appearance with prizes up to 35 dollars and certificates for scores above sixty percent. Contest runs through December 31 1933 with judges from County Agent Extension and Clearing House Association.
Motorists are invited to Gulf stations to choose among three motor oils and three gasolines, each priced separately. The ad promises a quality product at the customer’s chosen price and encourages repeat visits.
