Rebekah Lodge Installs New Officers in Blackwell
Blackwell Rebekah lodge held a Saturday night installation on July 2. Outgoing officer Donna Johnson gave way to new officers led by Ida West as Noble Grand and Theo Lanier as Vice Grand. Also noted were officers Ema McDonald Chaplin Wilma Smith Warden Lou Smith Conductor Buma Hargrave Right Vice Grand Supporter Eula Nabers Left Vice Grand Supporter Drexel Lee Ragsdale Inside Guardian Ora Donaghe Outside Guardian. Punch and sandwiches were served to fourteen members. Local visitors included Rev A J Jones and family from Vernon and Gus Kellis of Jacksboro.
