Walker Good, the San An rolo coach, is seriously ill in a local hospital but reported slightly improved. Family and friends wait anxiously as medical staff monitor his condition, hoping for a decisive turn for the better soon.
A Sweetwater newspaper recounts a typographical fiasco in last week's health ad for Dr Dann's Health Home. The misprint changed the sign to Dann's Funeral Home, prompting readers to caution the staff and prompting the paper to apologize while praising Dr Dann's services and facilities.

The Methodist Woman's Missionary Society met Monday afternoon at the home of Mrs T C Price with nine members present. The society will meet next week at Mrs Allen Butner's home.
