In Norton Texas December 10 1940 the Bronze Enterprise praises the Robert Lee football team and their spirited visit. The note thanks the visitors for exemplary sportsmanship and the supporters who traveled with them calling for return visits and holiday goodwill.
Winters well known Dr Jas H Craig marks sixteen years in Winters on the fifteenth of the month next Sunday. The Enterprise describes him as a Christian gentleman, trustworthy and conscientious in his chiropractic practice, who has earned the confidence of the West Texas community and patients who have received his treatment. The article praises his demeanor and effectiveness while noting the line continues on the last page.
Mr and Mrs J N Tannehill spent Sunday in San Angelo with daughter Mrs A C Wike and her husband. It was the sixtieth birthday anniversary for Mr Tannehill observed with lunch and social fellowship. Their son J B in the aviation corps at San Antonio joined the celebration along with Elmo Melver, recently promoted to corporal.

D. ey.
Cosden retail dealer C. E. Bruton of Bronte promotes a "sort O' Santa" coupon book plan. Each book contains a gift sealed inside, from merchandise to ten dollars in cash, aimed at customers and trade partners.

N J Bob Roberts and E M Roberts Jr, from Henderson Texas and Tucapa Arizona, bring a $20000 stock and a modern remodelled showroom between Massie Furniture and A B Motors Hotel Cactus declares a Western Texas expansion.
