Mrs Alice Gentry died suddenly at her Carlsbad area home on Wednesday morning. Her body was returned to Maine for funeral services and interment in Norton cemetery. She was 56 and survived by two sons Evan Gentry of Norton and Will Gentry of Carlsbad along with other relatives.
Oliver Pittman of Bronte was seriously injured in a Wednesday afternoon crash west of San Angelo. He is hospitalized in San Angelo with a fractured skull. The Enterprise has not yet confirmed full details of the wreck.
