Campers Form Local Chapter of American Campers Association
A group of fourth through eighth grade boys organized a local chapter of the American Campers Association led by E. L. Hopson and Wendell Gideon. Senior assistants are Donald Spiller and Eddie Glenn, junior assistants Jack Lane Bailey and Charles Coppock. Eighteen boys and Mr Hopson camped at the new park grounds on Saturday night October 1. Plans call for one camping trip and one meeting each month.

PTA Speaker G L Trice Jr Addresses Family Weather

Longhorn Booster Club Plans Monday Meeting
The Longhorn Booster Club schedules a next Monday night meeting at 7 30. Several players will attend to demonstrate training drills and a Roscoe Bronte game film will be shown. President Bob Wilson says memberships remain available and invites football fans to join.
