Lawhon Accepted To Texas A&M Vet School
Bronte student Lynn Lawhon has been accepted as one of 128 entrants to Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine. He will begin this fall, amid over 600 applicants this year. Lawhon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jenny Lawhon, is a 1972 Bronte High School graduate and has been a distinguished Texas A&M student for four semesters.

Mrs Sid Eubanks Jr Visits San Francisco for July 4th
Mrs Sid Eubanks Jr flew to San Francisco last Wednesday to visit her husband who is attending a computer systems school. They toured the area and she returned to Bronie Monday while Dewey Lee Eubanks stayed with his grandparents Mrs Helen Murtishaw and Mr Sid Eubanks.
