Blackwell community notes highlights visits and school plans
Local residents host relatives from San Antonio Odessa and Austin. PFC Bob Sanderson returns on two week leave from Washington D C. Bible School starts July 15 with supervisors Owen and Neal Cosgrove. Bond issue meetings planned July 12 and July 19 ahead of July 27 election at the Blackwell school.
