Vault Burglary Strikes Bronte High School
Burglars hit Bronte High School vault between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning and stole between 500 and 690 dollars in cash. The break in targeted the principal’s office and vault wall, with intruders reaching through a hole to unlock from inside. Cash from basketball gate receipts concession stand funds senior ring money and other small activity funds were taken. Sheriff J Lee Ensor and Deputy Joy Millican investigated the case.

The Coke County 4 H Food and Project Show takes place Sunday afternoon at the Recreation and Show Center in Robert Lee. 4 H'ers must arrive by 1 45 p m to set up for judging starting at 2 p m. District entries will be named then with ribbons awarded. The District Food and Project Show is scheduled for Saturday Feb 15 in Sweetwater with public viewing at 3 45 p m.
