Net wire diversions aid range conservation near Silver
County Audit J. S. Walker builds post and net wire diversions northeast of Silver to spread runoff over flat rangeland without harming existing vegetation. The devices, 12 to 16 inches high, form natural dams with litter buildup, filter part of the runoff, and can be relocated with minimal maintenance.
