Bronte Texas votes on $135000 sewer bond plan March 19 1960
Notice to all qualified Bronte voters that an election will be held March 19 1960 to decide two propositions for financing a sanitary sewer system. Proposition 1 proposes $85 000 revenue bonds with a 30 year max and 6 percent interest backed by sewer revenues. Proposition 2 proposes $50 000 general obligation bonds with a 30 year max and 6 percent interest funded by a property tax levy. The election is at Bronte City Hall with officers named Noah Pruitt Olive Keeney and others.
