Mr and Mrs Wesley Actin visited in San Angelo on Sunday with Mrs Actin staying for business. J B Arrott and Jim Bob of Tennyson visited the Boatrights. Mrs Franklin Thomas visited her mother at Blackwell. Homer Clark and family from San Angelo spent Wednesday night with the Jim Clerks. Floyd Adams and family from San Angelo were guests of the Hollands. Mrs David Burns underwent surgery in Shannon Hospital and was improving. Willard Caudle and family visited San Angelo relatives. A J Essary and others visited Jim Clark and Essary households. Herbert Holland and C F Font visited Cross Plains. Jerry Landers and family visited Susie Garlington in Ballinger, who is home from Ballinger hospital and improving.

Mr and Mrs Noel Percifull and Gay spent the weekend here from Abilene visiting local acquaintances and enjoying leisure time.
