Early Church and Eggs Holiday Tale Echoes Of Rural Life
A reader recounts a week of early church attendance and a humorous device about radio stations, sermons, and poultry as if guiding travelers on a biblical detour. The piece blends humor with local color, noting a box of homemade candy, a pieced recipe for Divinity candy, and community sharing from Bronte Texas in 1955.
