Western Auto Sells Safemark Tires for Farm Bureau
Robert Lee Western Auto is named authorized agent to sell Safemark tires and batteries through a Farm Bureau arrangement. Owner Bob Wrinkle will handle the agency. Farm Bureau members can purchase tires and batteries in the FB program with low prices from volume buying across 36 states. Safemark tires cover cars pickups trucks tractors and farm implements. Practically all Safemark batteries are available. Members are invited to inspect the merchandise.

West Texas anglers report cool weather driving fish deeper at Lake Spence with bass moving to about 10 feet as water dips below 55 degrees. Striped bass remain active with trotliners, and big stripers entering the river section while many anglers record multiple black bass and crappie catches at Abilene and nearby inland spots. Lake Patrol counts about 200 boats and 900 people on Saturday.
