Fireworks Fund Trouble Ends With Missing Money
Local business contributors gave $43.95 for a Labor Day fireworks show. Ralph Fusco bought materials, stored them on a Metacom avenue farm, but failed to secure permits and store rights. When rental disputes arose, he tried to sell the setup to a Providence firm for the total collected, but a $25 farm debt blocked return of funds. Fusco laments the loss and lessons learned.
