Toll records show cars from Alabama to Wisconsin and five foreign countries used the Mount Hope bridge in August. Overall traffic fell 12 percent from August a year earlier, with 51,187 tolls collected versus 58,215 in 1930. Sunday totals ranged from 2,777 to 3,413.

Death of Frank Paull at 63 After Heart Attack
Frank Paull died this morning around 4 at his Hope street home from heart trouble. He headed Seth Paull Co and had long served as president and treasurer. Survived by wife Ellan, son Prescott, daughter Marion, stepdaughter Mrs George Cote, and grandson Seth Bradford Paull. Funeral Monday at 2 pm from his residence with burial at North Cemetery.
