Fires on Bay View Avenue and Wilson's Lane Cause Damages
Two fires Tuesday noon required 3000 feet of hose. Bay View blaze destroyed two barns two tons hay and three sheds with no hydrants nearby. A shed still and barley were found. suspect apparatus and insurance noted. Wilson's Lane fire damaged home. northeast winds spread sparks. several firefighters injured lightly. An automobile on Gibson Road burned after backfire. chemicals stopped the blaze.
