Ira Lloyd Letts former judge of the United States District Court for Providence will be principal speaker at Armistice Memorial services Sunday evening in the Colt Memorial high school auditorium. Sponsored by Kearney Post American Legion the observance includes Legion ritual a minute of silence taps by a Le Guin bugler and songs by a local vocalist. The department and district officers and auxiliary will be guests. The Armistice Ball of Kearney Post will be held November 10 at the New Bristol Casino.
