Air Show Promises Big Weekend at State Airport
Officials expect 30000 to 40000 Rhode Island residents to visit the State Airport for a weekend air show titled Airborne Attack. The Troop Carrier Command and Airborne Center will present a one hour demonstration of air evacuation and defense of an airhead with 57 personnel. Aerial supply drops and a recreation of Battle of the Bulge supply drops will be featured.
