Women urged to join war production at Gorham plant

Beginning next Sunday evening November 3 Pastor O H Wallace will present a series on the Mosaic Tabernacle with illustrated talks. Each lecture repeats Tuesday at 7 30 to allow members of other churches to attend without missing service. A weekly prayer meeting is set for Thursday at 7 30 with topic Kingdom Bequeathed. A Halloween party in the vestry at 8 features spooks witches and goblins welcomed by the church.

Colts Win Football Game On Child Street Grounds
The Colt Junior Athletic Association defeated Warren Athletic Club 35 to 0 on Sunday at the Child street grounds Warren. The game lasted 20 minutes due to darkness and few accidents. Almeida starred for the Juniors with six completed passes. Graham Dramvelle and Wesley starred for Warren in a well played contest.
