Tens of thousands witnessed the dedication of the Mount Hope bridge linking Bristol and Portsmouth. A Hallowe en dinner party for Lions Clubs of Newport and Warren is set for Monday evening at the Hotel Belvedere. John Reposa Simas aged 69 died unexpectedly Sunday at 7 am at his home 19 F street Born in Portugal he is survived by his widow Phoebe two sons and two daughters He worked for a long period at the National India Rubber Company Funeral was held Tuesday at 8 30 am from the house with a requiem mass at St Elizabeth's church at 9 am Burial followed in St Mary's cemetery.
