Bristol War Price and Rationing Board chief Capt Paul A Herzig directs fuel oil applications be turned in at Guneras or Reynolds Schools tomorrow between 10 a m and 8 p m Attendants will help fill out forms and existing applications must be brought to the schools Gasoline books expiring October 22 must be returned to the board within five days After November 5 industrial and institutional sugar users must register A large volunteer effort including many local teachers will assist at both schools for processing applications and later distribution of ration books

Armistice Day Program Planned by Kearney Legion

The Armistice Day Program Committee of Kearney Post No. 6, American Legion, has set a memorial service at Colt School Auditorium on Sunday November 8 at 8pm with Associate Rhode Island Supreme Court Justice Francis B Condon as speaker. Soloists are Mrs Rene Sutcliffe and Lucien Capone. Rev Arthur W Burdon to give the invocation and benediction. A banquet and dancing follow at the Colonial Hotel on Wednesday November 11 with toastmaster and speaker to be announced.
