William B Gray Obituary and Local Losses
William Bramwell Gray a Bristol Neck resident died Wednesday morning after a long illness. Born December 12 1827 in Bristol he learned painting and later farmed and ran a produce business with Abner Midget. An active community member he sang in churches and led choirs and was a longtime Hydraulion Engine member. He married Martha Hale White in 1852. eight children sixteen grandchildren and one great grandchild survive. Funeral services set for Sunday at 1 PM. Separately Emma P Smith of Kennebunk Maine died October 1 at 53, leaving daughter Annie Smith sister and two brothers. she was widow of William W Smith formerly with the NYNH&R.R. Company and was buried in North Cemetery after remains were brought here.

Edward Trudeau Dies After Short Illness At 89
Edward Trudeau a Canadian native died at his Hope street residence opposite the Boston Store Monday afternoon after a brief illness of apoplexy. He was a widower aged 89 years, 1 month, and 7 days. The funeral occurred Wednesday morning with a requiem mass at St Marys Church conducted by Rev. P. McCabe. Floral offerings came from friends and relatives and burial followed at St Marys Cemetery.
