Three outboard motors valued at about 1285 were reported stolen to police yesterday. Anthony Balzano of Hawthorne avenue said a 30 HP Johnson Seahorse motor was taken from his boat tied at Oliver street, plus anchors and tackle. Anthony Travers of 61 Catherine street reported a 30 HP Johnson motor and gas tank stolen from his boat near Ever-Ready station. William D Alessio of 43 Prosper street reported a motor valued at 250 taken from his boat at Poppasquash Cove.

Miller, president, announced that Arthur W. Devine will address workers next month. The raises reduce profits by 29 percent, requiring $137,000 in new business to maintain status. The firm makes non lubricating plastic bearings for textiles and other products. plant operations include three shifts at Burnside street. At Bristol Mfg Corp Local 220 approved 9.15 cents per hour raise after a 32 cent demand. three cent rise plus five cents toward retirement with a 166-12 vote.
