Good Patriotic Record of Mrs Bullock Family in War Service

Mrs Sarah E Bullock of this town has a creditable family record of wartime service. Her father Jonathan Lake served in the Civil War with the Fifth Rhode Island Regiment. Her husband James B Bullock served in Company G Third Rhode Island Cavalry. Her son James L Bullock and grandson Thomas J Carnes are with the Third Company Co C at Fort Rodman. Bronze tablet placed in Bristol school for former school chief

The Bristoll Mothers' Club donated an 18 by 30 inch bronze tablet honoring the late John P. Reynolds. Reynolds served many years as Superintendent of Schools in Bristol. The plaque was mounted yesterday on the west wall of the new schoolhouse named for him opposite the High Street entrance.

No Traces of Thief In Dental Office Break In

Dr. H W Church reports a break in at his dental office with about $20 in gold and pivot teeth stolen for their platinum pins. A small iron box containing his card system of accounts was taken, leaving the doctor to lament the loss of his records more than the material goods.
