Zoning Board Allows Withdrawals and New Petitions
The Zoning Board of Review approved two petitions for withdrawal without prejudice and ordered two new petitions to be advertised for a hearing on November 2. One withdrawn petition involved Anthony and Ida Del Toro seeking a fruit stand, with disputes over signatures and notarization. Another withdrawn petition by Virginia Del Toro and Wilfred Beausoleil sought a motor repair use, where the board found no jurisdiction for an accessory use. The board also agreed to advertise a petition by Midway Steak and Lobster House to reclassify part of its property from residential to business.
