Remarkable work near the Maine wreck in Havana harbor shows 100 plus men moulding 22 foot tubes 60 feet in diameter for a cofferdam around the submerged vessel. The oval will measure 494 by 247 feet with a 45 foot work space. Pumping out is planned between January 20 and 26, 1911, as a steel boom from the Maine aids loading and unloading.
