Public Turkey Whist Party For Sunshine Fund

Phone operators host a public turkey whist on December 11 in the Makowsky Building under Sunshine Club auspices. Mrs Marguerite Christianson leads the arrangements with Dorothy Foster Marie Celone and Elizabeth Marz as committee members to raise funds for toys and clothing for needy town children.

Bristol men face court action over polluted harbor shellfishing

In Fifth District Court Judge Lindemuth held cases of ten Bristol defendants in suspense after Friday arrests for shellfishing in a polluted Harbor area. Guilty pleas were entered by Mariano Russo Troiano Pellerino Castigliego Cicero. Amin Manchester Camporile did not plead or appear. Further hearings postponed a week for Caizzi Principe Rich Sylvia at this session.
