The deadline to send Christmas boxes to troops overseas has been extended to November 30. Boxes must have labels and be delivered promptly to ensure Christmas arrival. Relief workers from Red Cross, M A, Salvation Army, Knights of Columbus and similar groups are included with boxes handled by relatives of overseas workers. If cartons are scarce, prioritize soldiers first and postpone allied organization parcels. Mrs John B Herreshoff chairs the effort.
