Thieves gained entry to the Pastime Theatre last night or early this morning through a northeast corner window. A heavy wire screen was removed and the box office glass was taken out and replaced against the floor partition. They opened a cupboard, took the money left after closing, and nothing else appeared to be stolen.

BTA Team Captures Second Council Trophy Rifle Match
The Bristol Train of Artillery indoor range hosted the second Town Council Trophy rifle match. Battery C, 243rd Coast Artillery defeated the Train of Artillery by 22 points with a final score of 690 to 668. Capt Hambrick and F Canning led BTA scoring 140 each for top honors.
