Severe Storm Causes Little Damage Here
A severe storm Saturday brought 60 mph southeast winds and high tide that flooded the harbor area. One minor auto accident occurred, several trees were downed, and boats were driven ashore. Rescue teams saved two vessels, the sloop Care Free and the dragger Stringbean, with mechanical aid from the Coast Guard and local helpers.
