Editorial on Hoff Hammill and caucus law and politics
A Bristol editorial critiques Col Cheesman and Rep Hammill, praising Hammill's work on local appropriations while warning against smearing opponents to influence elections. It condemns secret caucus voting flaws, criticizes last minute ballot size changes, and notes paid election eulogies in the Phoenix for both parties, apart from the editorials.
