Riverside A A of Cambridge Massachusetts defeated the Bristols 7 to 2 on the Common. A fourth inning rally started by Ahearn produced four runs and three hits. Bristols matched with a sixth inning scoring on a muffed third strike and an error. Cambridge third baseman McGilvray broken ankle on fielding play. Managers praised Cambridge team, with interest in a July 4th game.

Fred LaFontaine led Providence stars with three times as many hits as Bristol in a drizzly Saturday game on the Common. Bristol won 6 to 2 after four runs in the seventh. Honoring the Soldier Dead in Memorial Parade

A Veterans Day event led by Babbitt Post G A R featured a cemetery ceremony with Lincoln's Gettysburg Address recited by public school children and a band led tribute. Naval Reserves were absent. Bristol Train of Artillery provided an escort and volleys. A coffin-laden procession moved through Hope Street to the North Cemetery with wreaths and a dirge.
