North Cemetery neglect eyed by Town Council action
The North Cemetery reported neglect of burial plots with several plots unmaintained for years. Officials inspected about 20 lots, blamed by caretaker for lack of notification to the agent, and planned steps to recondition plots before Memorial Day.
