Court Discontinues Bristol Frocks Wage Cases
Judge William T O Donnell of the Fifth District Court accepted a Labor Department recommendation to dismiss three Bristol Frocks wage cases upon payment of costs. Costs were paid by Harry Tauber and Samuel Tallman, co-manager of the company, after the firm allegedly violated minimum wage law.
