Salvatore Maisano was elected president of the 1947 Bristol Twilight League at the YMCA Heffen reffer Room meeting. Henry A. Street was named vice president and Orlando J. Bisbane and Henry C. Miranda Jr were elected secretary and treasurer respectively. The season opens May 15 with games on Mondays and Fridays through a 30 game schedule. The playoffs will crown a champion with top teams from St Elizabeths CYO US Rubber Collins Aikman and the YMCA Vikings receiving preference if they enter.
