Colt Pupils to Present The Flower of Venezia
Colt Memorial High school plans a two act operetta The Flower of Venezia during National Music Week on May 11 and 12 in the school auditorium. The production features a large cast with principal roles including Pietro Di Brozzi and Paulina and a Venice setting with comedy songs. The Rhode Island debut will have the high school orchestra led by Herman King and Miss Emily Xavier as piano accompanist with stage managers and lighting by Sheriff Meiggs and Louis Gallo.

Fire Threatens Monroe Avenue Tenement
