Wear Longer Paint Claims by Devoe Lead and Zinc
A Cooperstown resident notes that Devoe Lead and Zinc paint lasts about twice as long as plain lead paint. He cites a neighbor repainting three times in eight to nine years versus his own ten year repaint cycle. The letter explains zinc hardens the mix to resist chalking and wear. Dever & Co. New York signs the claim, with Easterbrooks listed as a seller.
