Colorful Dutch costumes and a windmill set impressed audiences as Miss Theresa Donovan directed the show. William Harrop Taken To Hospital After Cerebral Hemorrhage
William Harrop of 260 Hope Street is to be transported to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment after suffering a cerebral hemorrhage Sunday morning while tending the heating system at the Narragansett Electric Company office. He was found by manager John D. Moore when he failed to return home at 6 30. Dr Samuel D Clark attended at the scene and the family physician Dr C Paul Bruno advised hospital transfer.

Palmer C Putnam and OSRD scientists adapted a standard Army truck into an amphibious vehicle. In December 1942 one Duck rescued seven Coast Guard crewmen off Provincetown during a gale, with a photo shown to President Roosevelt and Secretary Stimson. The Ducks were officially accepted soon after.
