Zoning Revision Hearing Set On New Town Map
The Zoning Board of Review will meet Thursday at 7 30 p m to hear proposed corrections to the town's zoning map and accompanying ordinance. The plan, a five year Mangiante project costing 5000, would reduce zones from eight to seven and tighten uses. The top Residential A district becomes AA with 20000 square feet minimum, front yard 25 percent depth, rear yard 30 percent, and 125 foot average lot width with 15 foot side yards. Other zones include AA, A, B, C, plus Business B, Commercial C, and Industrial I. Further changes may be made before taxpayer action, especially on nonconforming uses.
