Factory Whistles Start War Bond Drive Sunday Morning
Augustine B Nerone announces the 5th War Loan house to house campaign begins at 11 o clock Sunday with factory whistles sounding to mobilize team captains and workers. Governor J Howard McGrath launched the effort in Bristol and bought a $100 bond from Nerone Jr on the Burnside Memorial Building steps.

Contributions to the Bristol Honor Roll Fund total $270 to date, less than one third of the goal. The dedication July 4 will be part of Tailenendenee Day exercises with Judge Edward L.
